in Asian Film School 2006
The Objectives
The objective of the competition is to hunt new talents in direction field in Asia. Before 1960 there were no film schools in Asia. It is in last 40 years, many film schools have come up. Many students of film schools have made good films and won awards at the international film festival circuits. Like Lodz Film School in Poland, in Asia film schools are not recognized by the Asian cinegoers yet. The competition also aims to increase credibility of film schools like universities.
